All of our chair cover patterns are suitable for both ROUND and SQUARE TOP chairs (saving you lot of money because you do not need to buy two different chair covers). Most popular size is the medium chair cover, which is suitable for 70% of banqueting chairs.

  • SMALL chair covers are suitable for variety of small banqueting chairs.
  • LARGE chair covers are excellent for some of the large banqueting chairs in case you do not want to go to the expense of making MADE TO MEASURE chair covers.
  • GOLDEN GILDED-CHIVALRY chair covers are usually suitable for marquee companies.

Once you have placed a chair cover order with us, if you wish to replace some of those chair covers in future you do not have to make a minimal order of 50 chair covers. We guarantee that you will receive the same quality of fabric and workmanship on all of the chairs covers we produce.

In case our existing chair covers do not fit your chairs, we can make custom chair covers especially for you. We already have an extensive selection of specially made chair cover patterns for those more awkward chairs. In the PDF File section, you will find pictures of some of our made to measure chair cover patterns. We are constantly upgrading our portfolio with new types of different and unusual chairs.

We find that the best chair pattern is created when you bring or send us the actual chair. We will send your chair with a new chair cover and new pattern for approval in maximum of 7-10 working days. Once you approve pattern we can start production.

In case it is not possible for you to provide us with the chair, please follow the following instructions: Once custom chairs cover is been made, we will keep its pattern in our file for your future convenience.

Send or email us a picture of the chair, which will help us to determine the shape and the thickness of the frame.

In the PDF File section, you will find the instructions on how to take measurements of your chair.

Once we receive your measurements and/or the actual picture of the chair, we will then produce a pattern and a sample for your approval. Once you approve the sample (please check if it fits) we will begin manufacturing your order. Within 7-10 days, we will return the chair to you along with the made to measure chair cover.

One off standard charge per a custom fit chair cover is £50.00. This service is payable in advance. If you order over 50 chair covers, we will deduct £50.00 from the final invoice. We will keep the original pattern of your chair cover so that in the future you can replace any number of the chair covers you may need.

If you have your own pattern, we can reproduce the same one. If you have a new idea, please let us know and we can help make it happen!

Our chair covers are made from best-proven fabric only sourced in the UNITED KINGDOM. This means good quality, which is excellent investment for rental companies. Our customers often tell us that they are impressed with the quality of our products. All the fabrics we use have been rigorously tested before they were offered to public.

CHAIR COVERS ARE DOUBLE SEWN FOR NO PULLING AND BREAKING

Securely sewn seams and over locked for extra protection.

All standard chair covers have two very deep pleats at the back, which enable our chair covers to fit different chairs.

SASHES are made using a special machine for a fine finish. This makes the sashes strong enabling use over a long period. All the edges have perfect match with the colour of the fabric.

Reasonable prices and high quality make our chair covers Top Sellers. The price list is for sale only. There is a separate price list is for rental.

We primarily sell our products to other linen companies, hotels, venues, caterers and wedding planners. We do also sell to individuals. We rent our products to other businesses.

You can order samples of our products. Send us a request of the samples you require and we will send you a quotation. Sorry we no longer offer free samples.

S.Linen swatches of the fabric available are free of charge.

All orders placed must be confirmed by email or in writing. S.Linen requires your full address, contact number and delivery date is required when you make an order.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order for both chair covers and sashes is 50. There is no minimum order for any subsequent replacement orders.

DELIVERY

You are welcome to collect the goods from our premises or if you prefer we can send them by special carrier delivery. We send the products by the carrier, as it is the fastest way to receive your order, and the post office for smaller orders. Delivery rates are calculated by the usual way rates applied depending on the weight and where it will be delivered. All deliveries will be made to a schedule agreed at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our carrier. When you make an order please let us know your preferred method of delivery or collection.

Please review the contents of the order immediately as you receive them. We keep track of when the order was sent and delivered. If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention in writing within 3 days of receiving them so we can resolve the issue for you. S.Linen not responsible for damage and loss of the goods during the delivery process.

For products proven defective, we can offer replacement or credit if the goods are reported within 3 days upon you receiving them.

All goods are returnable only if you contact S.Linen in writing within 3 days of receiving them and only with written permission from S.Linen.

DELIVERY TIME

Most of our orders are delivered within a maximum of two weeks from the order being placed. Last minute orders are welcome. If we have goods you need in stock, we can send them the same day. Please telephone us first to secure a last minute purchase. When you order, please make sure that you are putting the exact date you need the goods to reach you. We make all our products by order and during the busy season, we first deal with the orders that have been placed the earliest.

PAYMENT

We require full payment prior to the order being dispatched. Otherwise, you will be subject to the late payment charges. Please see the Late Payment section below for more information. Only those with written permission from S.Linen are excluded from paying the full amount owed prior to the order being dispatched.

S.Linen written permission is only valid for the duration of time S.Linen has agreed. S.Linen can withdraw the permission granted at any time during the financial year.

S.Linen account holders have 30 days to pay their full invoice. The maximum amount S.Linen can credit each account holder is £500. Anything above this limit has to be paid within 30 days of the date the invoice was issued.

Non-account holders need to pay the full amount owed prior to the order being dispatched.

We accept cheque, Debit or Credit card and Bank transfer.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

All of our products are produced within standard and commercial tolerance. S.Linen provides guarantee for products to be free from defects in workmanship and material.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to request a return, please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order. Goods are not returnable without the written approval of the S.Linen staff. Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking and delivery fees are not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return delivery fee. We must receive the items you would like to return within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. Products are not returnable after the date they are intended for even if they are not used .Returnable items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition (e.g. unopened and unused). Please use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation for any return items to prevent any lost goods. Any signs that the product has been used; it will not be approved for refund or replacement of products.

Goods are NOT returnable if you have not contacted S.Linen within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will not be held responsible for shrinkage or distortion of fabric that has been improperly laundered.

S.Linen shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the products properly.

Goods are not returnable and can not be cancelled once production has begun. They need to be paid for in full as we have paid for the material and workforce.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

Late payment is eligible for a late payment fee. If the payment is overdue up to 60 days from the date the goods were received, the final bill will be increased by 10%. If the payment is overdue up to 90 days from the date the goods were received, the final bill will be increased by 20%. If the payment is overdue over 90 days the final bill will be increased by 30%.

The price change can occur at any time of the year, customers will be informed of change or new prices when they are placing their order and receiving a quote.

Care of our chair covers is very easy. They are can washed by regular home washing machines (apart from Organza and Net type fabric) and used for many years. The usual life spam of our chair covers is about 5-6 years even if they have been used for more than 70 times a year (providing they are not stained).

Chair covers can be washed up to 60 degrees and the use of regular detergent will be the best method. Similar to regular clothing, remember to always wash the linen with other similar colours. Mixing dark/bright colours with whites is not recommended.

Bleach can be used on WHITE fabric. But not recommended for COLOURED FABRICS.

Stains should be washed as soon as possible to avoid them locking in and becoming permanent. Linen can dried in dryer machines (low heat); however, it is recommended that they be removed while still warm. This is to minimize excessive wrinkles. They can then be ironed with low heat to get out any wrinkles that are left. They should then be folded and put away for storage.

WARNING

ORGANZA AND NET TYPE OF PRODUCTS ARE ONLY RECOMMENDED TO BE WASHED BY HAND IN WARM WATER AND IRONED AT LOW TEMPERATURE OR BETTER TO BE AIR-DRIED.
